This program is one on one care with our certified personal trainer with 10+ years in the industry. Clients can expect to learn, be encouraged, and be challenged in each session.

Melynn’s approach is supportive, practical, and rooted in real-life experience. She knows that walking into the gym can be intimidating, and she’s committed to creating a welcoming environment where every client feels encouraged and understood. Her training style focuses on building long-term confidence through consistent progress, movement that matters, and fitness habits that stick. Every program is based on the individual’s goals and current functional status.

We offer a complementary, in person consultation for those interested in beginning a personal training program or those that want to explore options. After your initial consultation, we will be happy to get you scheduled to begin your trainings sessions!
